Project Description

Saddleback Church’s Chief of Staff brought in a few digital strategists, including Kent Shaffer of Create Etc, to brainstorm and reimagine how could expand to become a news hub for the entire global Church. The process covered site architecture and UX strategy as well as delving deeper into brand positioning, growth strategies, and community development.

While did make significant changes to their content approach, they ultimately chose not to pursue such a large, editorial expansion.
